We will be the financial bridge when patients do not have enough funds to settle their transaction.

Your name will be included in our mobile app directory. We will also provide you with collaterals, indicating that Sureserv is accepted in your clinic.

You can sign up through our mobile app and wait for validation within 24-48 hours.
     1. Download SureServ mobile app.
     2. Sign up as a doctor.
     3. Complete the accreditation form.
     4. Attach valid PRC license ID.
     5. Wait for the approval and call from SureServ.

There is no sign-up fee.

Yes, you may tell your patients to sign up for an account.

1. Discuss the details of availment with the SureServ user.
2. Log in to your SureServ account and scan the QR code of the SureServ user.
3. Input the amount to be charged to the SureServ user.
4. Ask the SureServ user to double check the amount and ask them to type their MPIN to pay.
5. Receive a reference number for a successful transaction.

Yes, internet connection is needed since the transaction will be done on the doctor’s app.

Payment will be made to your nominated bank account.
     1. Log in to your SureServ account and check outstanding transactions.
     2. Receive payment within the agreed terms.

Transaction may be viewed on the SureServ app.
